In February 2023, we took a group of adventurers to Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica for an unforgettable experience of self-discovery, growth, and adventure. š§āāļøšš“
Led by our amazing coach and facilitator, Sofia Kakkava, we explored life coaching workshops, yoga sessions, and breathwork exercises led by Kim Yurcisin, to help participants connect with their inner selves and unlock their full potential. š
But that wasn't all - we also experienced the magic of a New Moon ceremony, immersing ourselves in the energy of this powerful lunar phase to set intentions for growth and transformation. šāØ
And of course, we couldn't visit Costa Rica without experiencing its natural beauty. We embarked on a day trip to the stunning Manuel Antonio National Park, where we soaked up the sun on the beach and explored the lush rainforest. ššæš
